Democrats never seem to truly believe what they say. At least not when it applies to themselves.
How many times have we heard from them that walls are wrong? That walls are racist? That former President Donald Trump was wrong for wanting to build a wall on the southern border to protect Americans and the country?
What did Joe Biden and Kamala Harris do the minute they entered the White House?
They not only halted Trump's policies that had been working at the border, but they also put a stop to the building of Trump's wall. The former president had built part of the wall before Biden came in and just stopped it, not only not using the material secured for it, but letting it lie fallow and paying NOT to use it -- just paying millions to have it sit. That's the insane policy of the Biden-Harris team.

That's a big part of the reason that we had the disaster that followed with the unmitigated influx of illegal aliens.
However, the Democrats are now erecting a lot of walls at the Democratic National Convention, proving just how hypocritical they are and how they do in fact believe they work.

One of the people interviewed who sounded like a Democrat said he "loves democracy" but thought what they were doing was adversely affecting the people. The local reporter noted how it was frustrating the neighbors.
They're putting up the walls because they're concerned about the reports of thousands of protesters showing up, reminiscent of the 1968 DNC in Chicago. That's not sounding very democratic, keeping out folks on the left who want to protest their actions. But they already proved how anti-democratic they have been by shoving out Joe Biden and swapping him for Kamala Harris even though she didn't receive a single vote in the primary.
All they care about is protecting themselves and controlling the situation, they don't care about protecting America. An additional irony is that these are their people on the left, and over the years, they've helped stoke the radicals. Now they're upset that it may come back to bite them in the fanny.

As we reported, the DNC is even warning their own people.
House Democrats attending the Democratic National Convention next week are being advised by congressional security officials not to book hotel rooms under their own names or engage with protesters if confronted, Axios has learned.
Businesses are boarding up their locations, anticipating violence. Everyone knows with radical leftist protest comes violence, so that's a real comment on the left as well. They even moved the illegal aliens out of the area -- and that sounds pretty racist too.
If the Democrats didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all. And they really don't, except for whatever helps them.

The dems are walling off their convention? That sounds like an opportunity to me. Just lock the gates with them inside and turn it into the country’s newest prison. It’s a start.

I am puzzled by the protests. The protesters have their dream team and their dream party. All their venomous hate-filled desires have been granted in that team.
If it weren’t for double standards, the lefturds would have no standards at all.

RATs should be completely denied the use and protection of both walls and guns.
Now that THEIR safety and security are in question, Democrats are okay with police and guns. These hypocrites are increasingly difficult to stomach.
