When may we expect an urgant, unscripted press conference from President Biden to address this? A press conference lasting at least two hours with Biden taking hostile, unscripted questions form all who pose them and answering honestly?

Not terrorism. Since the pipeline was a Russian economic asset, it was a legitimate military target for Ukraine as a recognized belligerent against Russia. That being so, the German criminal charges should be dismissed because they contravene the immunity from criminal prosecution enjoyed by combatant personnel engaged in military operations.

Blowing up the pipeline is not much as an act of war against Denmark. They ain’t complaining, and if they did, they lack the heft to make much of an impact.

Considering the timing, this appears to have been an act of War by Joe Biden without Congressional authorization.
Now, taking into account the recent Supreme Court decision allowing immunity for lawful actions by president during his term in office, does that not mean that this unlawful act that he did should be accounted for by FJB? Even if he’s old and senile? Maybe Trump should just turn over Biden to the Germans and let the chips fall where they may.

Getting to the Baltic Sea and out undetected, that would be a bit of a stretch. That is completely out of their AOR and they do not have a presence there like we do.
This pipeline is something with ramifications across all of Europe, for NATO potentially, and to execute this target the decision authority quite frankly was likely the POTUS.
Depending on the target and the consequences of going after it, you need higher approval and something like going after this pipeline most certainly had Biden giving the OK.
I would bet my money on Seymour Hersh’s version. The Germans began an investigation and pointed the fingers fairly quickly at the Ukrainians. I suspect this is a Strawman and Red Herring. If it’s the US, that would cause problems. Better to blame someone else that is believable, but where the consequences aren’t so severe.
