#AshliBabbitt and #TaKiyaYoung would both be alive if they had followed #ChrisRock's advice.

But the cause of Ashli Babbitt’s death was government tyranny.
Ashlee Babbitt made the dumbest mistake anyone could make. It’s made me a few enemies right here but my critics are naive.
And that was...?
She did nothing worthy of being gunned down over, mistake or not.
Whether she made a *mistake* in your opinion or not, she did not deserve a death sentence.
The guy who gunned her down deserves that for cold blooded, pre-meditated murder..
Well, I guess there will always be people afraid to stand up to the tyrants and blaming the victims of tyranny.
*And that was...?*
She’s dead ya spaz!

All of which is true none of which is relevant.
What was the mistake she made? Be specific!
+1
Momma Cass and Karen Carpenter might both be alive if they had only shared a sandwich.
*What was the mistake she made? Be specific!*
It’s like the 3 strikes law-it’s not the 3 crimes. It’s the inability to count to 3.
You don’t break through broken windows.

Remember Nathan Hale? You know..”I regret that I have but one life...”
She was no Nathan Hale.
And what about George Floyd?
She crawled through a window. Shooing her violates every black letter law and case law regarding use of deadly force by police.
I know people in DC worship government, but they do not enjoy “red line” deadly force protection like nuclear bombs on a flight line.
Legally, this was exactly the same as Lubbock Police gunning someone down because they were climbing through a window into city hall. With no legal justification, he precluded all lesser levels of force and went to deadly force. No verbal command, no pepper spray, no baton, no taser, no hands on and put her in cuffs. He murdered an unarmed woman from ambush.
It was blatantly illegal.
(You don’t break through broken windows.)
She was forced to do it. She was trying to get away from the antifa guy who swung at her after he broke the window with his helmet.
That's good advice, in general, but I think she died from a bullet to the head.
100% I don’t know about getting away from an antifa crazy, but it is highly possible she was being crushed.

Hey desert rino:
What difference at this point does it make?
Which was what?
