I do not credit that 14th Amendment. I credit the father of it. The 14th Amendment defines a citizen for slaves only. It does not define natural born citizenship.

Actually there have been plenty of conservatives who fail the NBC test. Ted Cruz for example.

(Under US law and case law, there are only two types of citizens, naturalized and natural born.)
