Evidence that the “Trump is a racist” media narrative is no longer working became more obvious when a reporter interviewed black patrons in a Barbershop concerning race, politics, and the upcoming November general election.
The segment came just days before former President Donald Trump took the stage in Chicago in front of the National Association of Black Journalists.
During the appearance, Trump slammed ABC’s Rachel Scott over her question about Vice President Kamala Harris‘ race-based plastics.
However, Smith’s segment shows what actual voters feel about these issues.
When Smith brought up Harris and the likelihood of her candidacy swaying black voters to vote Democrat, the response was not what he expected.
“To me, no,” the barber shop owner, Raymond Perez, responded.
One patron agreed with Perez, saying, “I share that same view.”

Another brought up Harris being mixed race.
Perez elaborated on his view that “she’s black when she wants to be.”
He noted: “She uses the black card when she has to.”
While Harris’ race and her pandering is a conversation in itself, consider the ramifications of those statements.
Another important moment came when Smith asked the patrons whether they thought Trump was racist.
One man responded, “that man hasn’t done anything or said anything that made me look at him and go oh he’s a racist.”
Another patron said Trump’s depiction as racist was “painted in the media for him” by way of mainstream media outlets taking the former president’s remarks and actions out of context.
Perez also noted that he had worked for Trump previously and spoke to his diverse workforce, stating that he “treated me like a king.”
The media narrative smearing Trump as a “racist” is crumbling.

This sort of thinking for oneself is not as common as it should be in america.
I think this is a factor of the media wearing out its message. It has been 8 years now since the media started lying about Trump. There has been plenty of time for people to see a full body of evidence to contradict the lies.
I don’t think much has changed other then that though.
A very large portion of the populace are NPCs that download their opinions from the MSM.
What is different now is that they can’t keep kicking the same dead horse forever without looking ridiculous.
Off topic a bit but where’s Diamond and Silk?
Those two would be perfect for this.
They came out for Trump in a big way after megyn kelly tried to derail his campaign.
in honor of the liberal propensity to give personally destructive labels out freely to any and every conservative, I’m introducing the new, preferred label for kammy harris...”Plantation” harris! if the slave fits, wear it. who wants “y’all back in chains”? it ain’t TRUMP. Joe’s sidekick is all about that though because IT’S A FAMILY TRADITION! let’s see how the liberal media spins this.
Diamond passed away last year....................
One of them passed away. I am not sure which one survives. You are correct, though.
Trump’s question on when did Kamala become black is really stinging. The Soros paid propaganda machine is working overtime to frame it as a racist comment. The DEI hire label is stinging as well.
“Diamond” has passed away. They were an awesome team, but I doubt if the surviving member of the duo has the heart to continue. (RIP)
Tyrus had a lot of fun at his expense last night on Gutfeld.
I believe so........................
Harris: Black by popular demand!!!
So far the democrats are past the half way point all the more reason to get rid of their party.
It will be interesting to see what future local elections in black cities/counties/states bring...
It seems that an ‘awakening’ may be occurring.
