The regime with the most unconstitutional track record in modern history is seeking to destroy the only functioning institution left in America by completely overhauling it.

President Joe Biden, with the help of The Washington Post, advanced his public delegitimization campaign against the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday when he introduced a radical plan that would fulfill his party’s yearslong goal of destroying the judicial branch’s ruling body.

Try it again, this time pull down the “View” tab at the top of your browser. Select “Enter Reader View”. Then the article appears in text format.

Everyone knows this is going absolutely nowhere.

Neil Young notwithstanding, do not underestimate the wickedness sweeping the world. Who would have imagined the depths of depravity thatAmerica has sunk to in the last forty to sixty years ? The majority is now immoral.

Prayer and fasting are required to stop the evil, if this is not the end.

I admit I have to side with af_vet_1981 on this.

In a normal America, I would unequivocally state: This is going nowhere.

In the America since Obama was elected (with the exception of 4 years of Donald Trump (and that only excludes the Executive Branch) the Constitution has been roundly ignored, and things I never thought possible have come to pass.

I no longer depend on the Constitution as a bulwark against tyranny. They have reduced it to a suggestion, and when they ignore it, with each passing day, it has become a suggestion with less and less imperative to observe it.

As an object example, look a at the Supreme Court’s rejection of Biden’s initial proposal to forgive Student Loans. He and his cronies didn’t miss a beat, and just came out with a different plan to implement, and are doing it.

There is no punishment for intentionally violating the Constitution, which makes it less relevant with each day Leftists have their hands on the levers of power.

The current Leftist attitude towards the Constitution echoes Andrew Jackson’s famous quote “John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!”

Nobody seems to be doing so.

I just now got this response from ChatGPT (AI):

Expanding the Supreme Court, or "court packing," is controversial for several reasons:

Politicization of the Judiciary: The Supreme Court is intended to be an impartial arbiter of the law, insulated from political pressures. Expanding the Court to change its ideological balance can undermine this principle, making the Court appear as just another political body.

Escalation: If one party expands the Court to gain a favorable majority, the opposing party might do the same when they gain power, leading to a cycle of expansions. This can erode public trust in the judiciary's independence and legitimacy.

Undermining Stability: The Supreme Court's stability and predictability are crucial for the rule of law. Frequent changes to its composition could lead to inconsistent rulings and legal uncertainty.

Historical Precedent: Historically, attempts to pack the Court, like President Franklin D. Roosevelt's 1937 proposal, have been met with significant opposition and viewed negatively. These attempts are often seen as overreach and a threat to the checks and balances system.

While proponents of court packing argue that it's necessary to correct perceived imbalances and ensure the Court reflects broader societal values, critics believe it could do more harm than good by undermining the judiciary's role as an independent branch of government.

Until those responsible pay the ultimate price they will keep doing what they are doing. Anybody really think talking or “voting” are still viable options?

THEY want to rule.

Every time the democrats get rid of one of their own (throw them under the bus) LOOK OUT!!!!!

They've got someone 10x's worse waiting in the wings.

That became most evident to me when cuomo was replaced by hochul.

I've been watching since then and it holds true.

What’s to stop Biden from just sending 4 names (3/4 DEI) to the Senate and have Schumer OK them?

Personally, I don’t think Biden has enough capacity to design radical plans. If anyone set up a plan for anything, it was his puppet master.

Biden’s plan is to dissolve the 3 branches of government in the next 6 months and install a communist style government with Kamala at the top. We are looking at end times folks. If the democrats win/cheat/steal this election, it’s over.

LOL! Biden, treasonist criminal trying to tell the SC they need a code of conduct. The SC should issue a statement that says when Joe Biden is arrested for treason for he and his criminal family receiving payouts from our Nations enemies THEN we can talk about it...
