To: Macho MAGA Man

Well, I don’t mind hearing this.

But this does seem like a situation where a legislative body passes a piece of legislation specifically designed to screw over one particular individual. Why isn’t this considered a Bill of Attainder?

I suspect that IF they do this. to Garland or any other person like this.
They will be JUST FINE...

I absolutely believe that all of the three letter mafia entites are capable of being entirely “self funded”..

I don;t believe for a minute that his House, car, groceries, dry cleaning or bowling nights will not be 100% covered by “friends”.

It’s not a Bill of Attainder because it doesn’t involve civil penalties or criminal charges. It’s a simple appropriation that is well within Congress’ powers. If the guy doesn’t want to work for $1 he can get another job.
