He was talking about Kamala Harris being his VP and "black". Then he was talking about himself serving as a VP under a black president.
Again, poorly stated and he does have severe dementia, but this audio is not one that's going to change votes and could make the Republicans look bad.

For those that say, “well we knew what Biden meant”, our nation cannot survive a President who does not speak distinctly, assuredly and with confidence that all know his meaning. Foreign leaders will not always know what “the President meant to say”. Nor will Biden’s staffers, underlings, or appointees.
In times of stress and risk to our nation, there is not always time to have a conference to determine what instructions were given. We need a President who is in control, not one who is being controlled.
Also, I believe there is a legitimate questions as to whether anything signed by the President over the past 3 plus years is even legal. Those mentally diminished cannot legally enter into contracts. I believe the same is true for implementing national policy, including Executive Orders.
Maybe he plans to “come out” tomorrow night with Steffy.

The thing that really needs to be brought out is that the Democrats have been using a man with dementia to be their puppet. It is so freaking obvious. Why aren’t all the Republicans shouting this from the mountains?!? It doesn’t matter who replaces him..Gavin..Karmala.. Michelle...Whitmer..they are going to have the same policies that got us into the mess we are in. Trump needs to be disciplined and get the word out.
