MUST SEE: Who Is The Voter Participation Center? – How One Group Is Identifying All of the Addresses in Swing States Where Ballots Will Be Sent to Phantom Voters (VIDEO)
Gateway Pundit ^ | July 1, 2024 | Staff

Leftists create literally thousands of organizations – with the most innocent-sounding names – to hide their use of tax-free Dark Money to influence U.S. elections.

The Fractal team, using advanced quantum technology, entered this organization – The Voter Participation Center – and into its recently released Fractal Dark Money System and the results were shocking.

This one organization is tied to literally thousands of Leftist organizations, some tied to Chinese organizations, and in hundreds of cases tied to groups who are registering voters and running political campaigns.

VIDEO AT LINK...................

Some of these connected organizations are tied to Chinese Communist organizations, as Fractal showed in other videos on our Omega4America.com and Rumble sites.

The network of Leftist, tax-free Dark Money is vast – it is over a billion dollars, in every state, of Leftist assets – in play for the 2024 election.

In this video, the Fractal team went back to 2020 to show some of the influence of these organizations against President Trump.

The Fractal team, using advanced quantum technology, is currently identifying the addresses, in every swing state, plus Virginia, Colorado and Texas – where a mail-in ballot will be sent in the 2024 election and not find an eligible recipient.

NGOs, like some of the ones in this video, are registering illegal aliens and transients at locations where nobody lives and cannot live – because they do not have bedrooms.

The Fractal team built the technology to cross-search property tax rolls with voter databases to identify where these ballots will collect in 2024 – and an NGO – some of which are in this video – will vote them.

For the first time, it is now possible to attack the ballot mills, from NGOs, who are registering illegal aliens.

The Fractal system uses advanced snapshot analysis, not available with current technology – to see “new voters” aggregating at nonsensical addresses – like empty strip malls, warehouses and gas stations.

IMPORTANT: In 2024, 67% of the mail-in ballots, in the 7 swing states, cast against Trump and Republican Senate campaigns, will be cast by an NGO, some shown in this video, using illegal aliens as ballot-fodder, from addresses that can be identified now – and those ballots stopped before they get into the system.

The Fractal team will be publishing more videos, on the Gateway Pundit, of the major Dark Money groups, tied to Communist Chinese organizations – operating in each of the swing states.

Since this cannot be seen with any current technology, it will be the first time elected officials and citizens see Chinese-tied organizations operating in their states – to impact elections.

It does not matter to communists and progressives the color of the money nor if it is other people’s money as long as the end justifies the means and whoever gets trashed along the way that is OK.

We had a reckoning one a hundred years ago with the Wobblies and other communist groups prior and during WWI, Spanish war, and other insurgent actions during the banana wars. seems to happen every fourth generation when common sense is not in the minds of the people.

“The Fractal team, using advanced quantum technology”

sounds very believable

All they really had to do was cross-reference several databases with ordinary computers.

Voter Registration Database

County Property Appraiser’s Residential Addresses and Owners Database

County Coroner’s Death Certificate Database

County Building Permits Database of permits issued but not yet built and occupied addresses............

I would hazard that by no means all the thousands of jusrisdictions involved have the same data structures and formatting.

It's a big job. I'm glad somebody is attacking it.

The Fractal team, using advanced quantum technology

You lost me right there . . . but I certainly think we can accomplish what this advanced quantum technology claims to do without this hype of description

“advanced quantum technology” line is total BS.

Everything they supposedly did and are doing can be done with common computers..............

The DemocRATS will target the swing states with lotsa Electoral College votes like they did in 2020. If the Republicans are caught by surprise by this in 2024 like they were in 2020 then maybe the DemocRATS are right that they don’t know how to govern.

They need to not only identify the falsified voter information, but the NGO and the people (donors, employees, officers, directors, etc) of those NGOs so that they can be prosecuted and publicly persecuted.

I would hazard that by no means all the thousands of jurisdictions involved have the same data structures and formatting.

It likely derives much of its reliable data from state and fed data sources and then to the extent possible from local sources, such utility companies, etc. But the raw data is there.

It could certainly identify citizenship for federal election purposes. Since citizenship is statutorily required to vote in federal elections, use of the software out to be mandated by the feds.

It's a big job. I'm glad somebody is attacking it.

That attack appears piecemeal and dependent upon local inclinations to insist on the cleanest elections possible.

Fractal is in the business of selling/licensing software. It would appear that its use for elections will depend on local voters insisting local government use Fractal's services.

That would seem worthy of a major effort by local voters, if not a principal effort.

Thank you Red Badger for a timely and most important thread.

What you describe is easy in concept as a matter of relational databases and link analysis but hard and expensive in execution. Computer equipment and software, and tech, analytical, and organizational skills are required. Moreover, even in well-maintained databases, data is always dirty to some degree, with errors in format and details of the record entries.

In practice, commercial data vendors make a good living from acquiring and cleaning up raw data from many sources around the country. And they are willing to provide access to that data -- for a price. Even then, for the project at hand, some unique, non-commercial political data sets still have to be found, acquired, cleaned up, and processed for insights.

In the end, it comes down to not just computers and software, but also time, talent, and cash.
