What is this about a SCOTUS decision that would invalidate the Trump “convictions”? Would have expected that Breitbart at least would be all over it, but not a peep.
A Manhattan judge shot down an impassioned plea by a prosecutor to jail a parolee on a murder indictment in the fatal mugging of a 66-year-old man, The Post has learned.
“Obviously, Your Honor, it’s an A-1 felony,” Assistant District Attorney Jonathan Junig told Judge April Newbauer at suspect Eugene Clark’s arraignment Thursday.
Clark, 54, was previously indicted on charges of assault and grand larceny for the violent robbery of Ramon Luna on Sept. 20, 2020, authorities said.
“This is a very serious case and the defendant is facing significant prison time,” Junig said, according to a transcript obtained by The Post. “The defendant is a violent predicate felon, “He has two felony convictions, sixteen misdemeanor convictions and eight prior failures to appear in court.”

Judge Newbauer sided with the defense, cutting him loose and on electronic monitoring.
Every judge in NY is a flaming liberal and Dems have been in the governor’s office forever so it doesn’t make much difference what judge you get they are all the samem

There are NY conservative judges outside of NYC. I doubt there are any in NYC.

She was second on the Judge list when they devised the plans.
It’s totally obvious that Merchan had met and worked out the plan with Bragg.
Merchan should’ve immediately directed Bragg to divulge all charges, as per clear writing in the Constitution, but he immediately directed Bragg’s plan to hide the Frankenstein charges.
Respectfully, she can’t be worse than Merchan, but she’s in his bridge club.
NY changed the Statute of Limitations to get Trump. A lot of people were involved.
She fits right in.
Bannon should change his party affiliation to Dem the judge will let him go
Maybe Juan and his daughter have decided to start a street taco food truck business before all the good locations are gone.
