This force will be tasked with safeguarding the integrity of our elections this coming November.
“Our other top priority is election integrity,” said Lara Trump. “If we don’t have free, fair, and transparent elections, nothing else matters. That is our goal at the RNC. Every single person in this country, regardless of how you vote, should want free and fair elections.”
Joined by RNC Chairman Michael Watley, she detailed the plans to mobilize an ‘election watchdog army’ that will operate across the United States in November.
“[Whatley and I started here in the state of Michigan, launching our election integrity program. What we want to do is train 100,000 people all across this country to be part of that team. Now, what does that mean? That means we want poll watchers, but not just that; we want poll workers. We have a unique opportunity right now that we have not had in 40 years as a party. For 40 years, there was a consent decree placed upon the RNC that did not allow us to train people to work as poll workers,” said Lara

We also need 10,000 volunteers to make up about 500k+ ballots in every corrupt county from 2018 election.
Clog the courts with lawsuits, and the media with headlines, against corrupt, woke electoral districts.

The issue I see is having people not tied to the political system trying to get around the political roadblocks. It is not one of Trump's strengths, and I don't think Lara will fair much better.
... yeah rumors. How about sworn affidavit from the driver about his load of ballots, delivered across state lines and parked, then disappeared... Then the Post Office investigated itself, said nothing to see here... Union crooks that trash ballots in Repub precincts. Kudos, Lara Trump. From what I could find out, the niece of Mittens was doing nothing to forestall another Dim Grand Steal. I’m glad to hear this gal is on top of things.
I’ve posted before that what really needs to happen is Elon Musk — in some interview or other — just offhandedly mentioning that he’s had his geniuses working on ways to detect election fraud. Even if it was a complete lie, it might give the cheaters a sweet little jolt of paranoia.
They should be concentrated areas where cheating is rampant and have sympathetic law enforcement at hand.

Poll watchers are volunteers and not paid.
Election workers are hired for the day, some for only a few hours, some 30 minutes before the polls open to 30 minutes after the polls closed are hired by the city of Ellsworth, ME and are paid about $15 dollars an hours. So yes I get paid.
Many of these workers have been doing this for many many years.
