Absolutely, especially that a judge exists who sees the scam imposed upon this man, for making a claim that was incorrect. we are entitled to be wrong. There was zero harm done to the the family members who had lost a loved one as a result of someone who had mental issues.

For instance, the photo of Noah Posner is actually the very same photo that’s on one of Noah’s alleged mother’s relatives Facebook page, calling him Kevin and saying that the photo was 10 years old. Noah’s alleged mother is not an oncology nurse as claimed in the media, but is an arms control advocate for the Swiss government.
A comparison of the after-event records by rescue and law enforcement with the actual surveillance video shows that while the records said massive evacuations of children was being done, there was actually nothing being done in the claimed area.
I haven’t been through it all, but it seems there is quite a bit of evidence that things were not as they were made to appear.
An article quoted the school’s principal talking about the events of the attack, but it was also reported that the principal was killed at the beginning of the attack and so wouldn’t have either known the later events or have been alive to report them. The reporter said the person claiming to be her (after she was already dead) looked just like her, and she was familiar from past stories. Turns out that the Bing crawler had taken a snapshot of that article the day before the Sandy Hook shooting allegedly happened.

The families involved in the lawsuit are also sus, it seems, and are now making their living off of gun control lobbying, IIRC what is on that site.
What stands out to me is that this is JUST LIKE E Jean Carrol, J6, etc People are hit with criminal charges and/or libel lawsuits that bankrupt them for asking questions or making interpretive suggestions - regardless of the evidence they are considering.
And at the same time, impeachments and constant media lies can all be based on NO EVIDENCE, and still the perps have no consequences.
This is lawfare, and we need to get a handle on it, or we’re done as a nation.
