Bald faced lie. He had a guest on that noticed come odd facts surrounding the case, such as the laughing dad.
If he ever said what you did, that video would be playing on an endless loop. It isn’t. You are swallowing the narrative.
Put up the video or shut up.

This was a very logical lawsuit. The purpose was to tell the peons to sit down and shut up and obey their masters—or else.
Jones claims about these individuals destroyed their reputations and ruined their livelihoods, correct?
Nope.
The purpose of the lawsuit was to silence domestic enemies of the Deep State.

My favorite JPJ story was his USS Ranger raid ON LAND on a British seaport. How I never learned that in school astonishes me.
Kinda cool that the USS Ranger carrier in WWII hit nazi shipping off the Norwegian coast. USN SBD Dauntless and F4F Wildcats, tangling with Germans. But nice coincidence that is was the modern Ranger.
From what I understand there are secured creditors that will pretty much eat up the money from the liquidation before any of it goes to the Sandy Hook people. They will get next to zilch. But Jones agreed to make payments to them for 10 years if he was able to keep his company.
During the early and mid 1990s I started a casual collecting of text books current to that time and going back to the 50s, early 1900s and the 1800s going back to the 1830s for comparison and I doubt that JPJ gets mentioned today in most states.
They were actors. A man played a swat member and a father.
The plaintiffs will try to perfect the judgement anyway they can, which means endless court battles and expenses.

For instance, the photo of Noah Posner is actually the very same photo that’s on one of Noah’s alleged mother’s relatives Facebook page, calling him Kevin and saying that the photo was 10 years old. Noah’s alleged mother is not an oncology nurse as claimed in the media, but is an arms control advocate for the Swiss government.
A comparison of the after-event records by rescue and law enforcement with the actual surveillance video shows that while the records said massive evacuations of children was being done, there was actually nothing being done in the claimed area.
I haven’t been through it all, but it seems there is quite a bit of evidence that things were not as they were made to appear.
An article quoted the school’s principal talking about the events of the attack, but it was also reported that the principal was killed at the beginning of the attack and so wouldn’t have either known the later events or have been alive to report them. The reporter said the person claiming to be her (after she was already dead) looked just like her, and she was familiar from past stories. Turns out that the Bing crawler had taken a snapshot of that article the day before the Sandy Hook shooting allegedly happened.

The families involved in the lawsuit are also sus, it seems, and are now making their living off of gun control lobbying, IIRC what is on that site.
What stands out to me is that this is JUST LIKE E Jean Carrol, J6, etc People are hit with criminal charges and/or libel lawsuits that bankrupt them for asking questions or making interpretive suggestions - regardless of the evidence they are considering.
And at the same time, impeachments and constant media lies can all be based on NO EVIDENCE, and still the perps have no consequences.
This is lawfare, and we need to get a handle on it, or we’re done as a nation.

Jurors who put forth ridiculous awards should be serving hard time breaking rocks in prison.
Where do we get such ridiculous people who have no grasp of money or work necessary to get such money versus an ethereal "injury" of no real significance?

As I understand it, this is what he was sued over. When you say real people were actors, and their children were not killed, in the face of innumerable documented facts, it is a matter of libel which you can be sued over.
Even if you concede that point, the damage award renders any moral high ground on the part of the legal system, as undone.
Those jurors need to go to prison for dealing with a serious issue in a frivolous manner.
As I understand it, Jones wasn't sued because of fictions. He was sued because he made false claims about real people.
Since we mostly get our news from the news liars, this claim may not necessarily be true, but in any case, what false claims did he make about real people?
