Interesting response tweets. They're tweeting that exposing physician malpractice doesn't violate HIPAA.

The “Justice department” should be called KGB.

“In the face of public pressure, CEO Mark Wallace announced that he was shutting down the child gender clinic. But doctors at the hospital, including Richard Ogden Roberts, David Paul, and Kristy Rialon, never stopped.”

This is something that Conservatives NEED TO LEARN. An announcement, or even a law, will often just wind up for public consumption. For example, DeSantis signs a law ending DEI. Then we all celebrate. But the people who LOVE DEI are still safe in their jobs, in front of our kids, at the public schools (and elsewhere) - and pushing it, NON-STOP. The only difference is that it’s now done underground. The ONLY way to end DEI is to break-up the support network underneath - in that case, the public schools. For this case, I’d say re-assign each doctor to a remote location, with ‘remote’ being at a different facility in the same area - just break up the cabal and they’ll get the point. Otherwise, this crap will continue.

Cannot say that I know HIPAA very well, but it seems to me that if you’re not naming the kids being butchered, or their families, then you’re not violating anyone’s privacy.

Yeah, since I'm HIPAA-certified, I'd like to know the SPECIFIC charges, or is this like Trump, where they're just nebulous?

HIPAA violations typically involve SPECIFIC PII (personally identifiable information, and the article doesn't mention the whistleblower releasing any. UNLESS that whistleblower actually cited specific people who received treatment (without getting their permission first). If that were the case, then A) The whistleblower is industrial-strength stupid and B) The feds WOULD have a case.

... "a good portion of children do know as early as from the womb" that they're transgender...

Absolute horse hockey.

Wow, more politically directed Lawfare. Use the rules. As stated by many countries trying to join Brics, Biden’s rules based international world order is subject to Biden’s every changing rules and his refusal to be regulated by existing laws.

I think identifying the doctors that were performing atrocities is the HIPAA violation in the eyes of the DOJ.
