Judge Aileen Cannon on Sunday responded to Jack Smith’s second request for a gag order against President Trump.
Cannon ordered Trump to respond to Jack Smith’s second motion seeking a gag order by June 14.
Jack Smith has to reply to Trump by June 21.
In another blow to Jack Smith, Judge Cannon won’t likely rule on his second gag order until late June.

Judge Cannon needs to dismiss the case with prejudice, else delay it until after January and then Smith’s replacement can withdraw the charges.
Jack smith filed a bogus and abusive motion on the Friday before Memorial Day at 5::30 pm.
Cannon spanked Jay Bratt for abusive behavior and dismissed the motion .
Now Bratt gets to refile the motion after proper consultation with the Trump team.
After Bratt refiles, the Trump team has about 10 days to reply.
The the judge will schedule a hearing for oral arguments
Then there is a suitable time for deliberations which will take until at least September.

Nothing will be done for a while. IIRC, until this case is resolved, the J6 case cannot proceed. Which means this case will not continue till after the election.
This judge is doing fine. Hopefully in the next month or soon, the hearing on little Jack Smith being illegally appointed will be held. Then, after a nice long deliberation, I am hoping he is declared so. His cases then immediately go down, and appeals begin.
Nope. That is what Smith wants so they can scream she is a Trump patsy.
She is walking this dog of a case into the limelight. And it is then that people will see this case is BS lawfare. All of the synchronized communications will be brought out. Just like the photo-op evidence spoilage. None of that would be none if she didn’t keep the case open.
Keep walking it forward, Judge Cannon. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
Jack is trying to get Cannon to do something imprudent so he can get her tossed or get the case to another court.
Who is Bratt? another attorney or?
He is leading the Florida Documents prosecution in Cannon's Court.
He is a disgusting person with a major small man complex - he is the Robert Reich for the 21st century.
How refreshing. A judge that actually lets the defendant respond to prosecution motions. Compare and contrast that with the highly conflicted Bogata Communist judge on Trump’s other case.
