Jack smith filed a bogus and abusive motion on the Friday before Memorial Day at 5::30 pm.

Cannon spanked Jay Bratt for abusive behavior and dismissed the motion .

Now Bratt gets to refile the motion after proper consultation with the Trump team.

After Bratt refiles, the Trump team has about 10 days to reply.

Nothing will be done for a while. IIRC, until this case is resolved, the J6 case cannot proceed. Which means this case will not continue till after the election.
