The the jury was given the liberty to select from three main options, effectively turning the process into a choose-your-own-adventure game of legal implications.
Violations of federal election law (which no one in that courtroom is familiar with, and the judge specifically prevents Brad Smith from testifying about); The falsification of business records; and Tax violations

True
This is a Pearl Harbor moment. The Dems have awakened a sleeping giant.
1. I agree on the money
2. I don’t agree. there’s a lot of people in the middle that would have come out for Trump. They aren’t conservative wonks like we here. Their decision will be greatly affected by this conviction. It’s going to be a long 5 months.
Same here. The bucks are rolling in.
This is an evil country we live in. This is sick. But it won’t stop Trump.
Trump wins, period. I think it would be the height of hilarity if he then pardoned himself and then began the beginning of the ‘get’ for all these rabid leftists like James, Merchan et al. THEN appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate Biden and HIS classified information mishandling and RICO operations for the last 12 years. Predawn raids in Delaware...
I’m still going to vote for Trump and going to urge anyone I see or know to do the same.
We know Obama is a fraud. We know Biden reports to Obama and does as he says. Our entire Federal Gov. is under control. Nothing in our USA is like we recall it as kids and even up until Clinton, Obama, Biden, and; I recall Bush Jr. letting 500 Mexican trucking companies go everywhere in our USA. The interstates were full of 18 wheelers. Slowly, our once great America was not the USA we recall.
There won’t be any debates.
Maybe yes...probably not...This NY Post article has some interesting conjecture on the possibility of jail time.
States have no jurisdiction over Federal Election laws.
“Wow, sorry but you’re either stupid or incredibly naive.”
Hey, why can’t I be BOTH?
Or surely, if you try, you could think of some additional juvenile insults to throw. That’s easier than trying to have a serious discussion about an important event.
This will make Trump’s approvals soar......especially if Biden comes out to gloat.
Thanks, that in WinRed which is what concerns me. How much actually goes to Trump and not the RNC (rhetorical question).
I’ve said all along I would vote for him even if I had to write him in.
A Due Process Clause is found in both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, which prohibit the deprivation of “life, liberty, or property” by the federal and state governments, respectively, without due process of law.
PDJT was denied due process in Judge Merchan’s court “six ways from Sunday,” just one of which was the Defense being forced to go first in closing arguments (unheard of and unfair), before the Prosecution finally—and contrary to law—foisted their novel mix-n-match predicate crime theory for the first time before the jury.
As a result of his unconstitutional and otherwise contrary-to-law rulings, Merchan will order PDJT’s liberty be severely and unjustly curtailed as he orders his detention.
This must be immediately stayed!
I’m still voting for Trump!
and sending 100 as soon as his website is back working

NY Just-us:
Push someone in front of a subway train? No trial, no punishment.
Misdemeanor beyond statute of limitations? 100+ years in prison.
>Unless there is a federal law issue, the SCOTUS has no say.
Repeated constitutional violations are good enough
Like the Nazi’s Roland Freisler, there is no shortage of judges like Merchan, whose first loyalty is to the Democrat Party.
