Dry beans, potatoes, rice.
That’s how I grew up. We were poor.
11.38 for a quarter pounder. You need to talk to somebody.
Wendy’s here
During March madness you could get a Dave’s single for $1 , a double for $2
I got a single and I have a tag for a free frosty for a year. I love a bargain
It was probably a "combo meal." A la carte is about $6.
I think MAGA people are in for a disappointment. The global powers arranged against us are immense.
Poverty stricken people who have cell phones and led TVs. Lol.
A double butterburger with cheese and all the toppings, drink and fries from Culvers is less and in f initely better tasting..
Just saying.
11 Million is how many are just in California,
“...And 1000s Of Stores Are Closing”

In and Out is a pretty good deal comparatively.
Being self employed it was usually cheaper for me to eat fast food or takeout. It was cheap (compared to now) and I would usually get two meals from one order. I charge by the hour so the time prepping, cooking, and cleaning cut in to billable hours. Now.... I do what I use to do in college. Break out the pressure cooker and make the whole weeks’ gruel and stop be the grocery store for veggies. Forget expensive meat. The cheapest burger in town is $14. $16 burritos.
Let’s go Biden.
thanks. I have to remain optimistic; but i get your drift.
How many are obese? And how many in the family are obese because the school sends home meals for them.
The number one EBT purchase is soda. Number 2 is candy.
My wife and I usually split a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag at Wendy's... It comes with the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries, a small drink, and of course we have the year-long free “Frosty” tag. The burger has a small but delicious patty with cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, decent sized tomato slices, onions, and condiments. If you eat it in the restaurant you can get refills from their amazing soft drink machine that literally has about a 100 flavors. We are getting pretty old so it is enough food for the two of us to feel satisfied; it costs just $5 plus sales tax. This is not a sale price, you can get them every day. Our closest Wendy's makes really good fresh food and the staff is super friendly. None of the other fast food restaurants in our area have anything that can compete.
Every time they introduce a feeding program in the schools they get an increase in obesity. And the government continues to provide more and more food to the children and families of irresponsible parents.
It’s like putting miracle-grow on weeds.
