rica’s 20 largest cities rose for the 13th straight month in March (according to the latest data from S&P CoreLogic – Case Shiller – data today), up 0.33% (more than the expected 0.3%) with the 0.61% MoM gain In Febriary revised down to +0.55% MoM.

This pushed the price up 7.38% YoY – the fastest rise since October 2022

There are a great deal of illegal immigrants who are not only rich and wealthy... They are much richer and wealthier than many westerners.

The west has been sending trillions to these countries for decades and the people they’ve sent it to didn’t spend it on their country or fellow countrymen... They put it in their own bank accounts and now they want to live the good life where there’s clean water, Costco stores and lots of freedom... And that isn’t in their homelands... It’s our homeland.

As long as they keep coming and keep spending those billions we sent them... They will increase our prices and cause never ending inflation.
