As others have pointed out, a cemetery is a natural place to hold a religious ceremony. Virtually any Christian funeral service includes prayers, religious readings, and religious symbols.

The rule is plainly bigoted and unconstitutional - just what we would expect from the Biden administration. The fact that the Knights of Columbus is a Catholic organization adds to the element of anti-religious discrimination since the Catholic Church is strongly associated with the anti-abortion movement.
