As I've repeatedly said in this thread, Pelosi and Schumer coordinate between both chambers of Congress, but McConnell is always at war with the House Republicans. McConnell seems to think of himself as a one-man caucus in Congress.

As long as McConnell is running the GOP caucus in the Senate, we will never see a Republican synergy between the two chambers like the Democrats have.

That’s funny because I heard they already sent the weapons to Ukraine. The $61 billion was a repayment to the companies that produced the weapons. That’s probably why Biden said most of the money is going to American companies that make weapons. He told the truth for once.
