Thirty five pounds?
At 61, on shoulder day, one of my exercises is three sets of halos, with a 45# plate. Each set 13 clockwise, then 13 counter clockwise, no locking the elbows.
While I’m not the strongest guy in the gym, this guy is certainly NOT in shape.

His form isn’t great either, hers is much better.
My husband does kettlebells. Form is very important.
