The FBI chose to release unclassified documents regarding Ashli Babbitt while most Americans were looking the other way, towards the sun that is, during the total solar eclipse.
The FBI released a highly redacted 69-page file on April 8 detailing Ashli Babbitt’s death, military background, character, and testimonies.
On page three of the file, it reads:
“BABBITT is deceased, and therefore, this case is not being nominated to TSDB.”
