President Trump’s lawyer John Eastman joined Emerald Robinson on The Absolute Truth on Thursday.
Eastman, a widely respected Constitutional attorney, was officially disbarred earlier this week after a California leftist judge ruled he should have his law license stripped for challenging the 2020 election.
Eastman on Thursday asked the judge to pause the disbarment ruling, citing massive legal fees.

The January 6 Committee sent the feds after John Eastman because he dared to take action against the Democrats and their massive election fraud operation in 2020.

If they doctored a quote used in court this should be ruled a mistrial, and the judge should be suspended for incompetence for repeating it without verification.
The amount of pathological hatred for whites, traditional America, Christianity, and patriotism is astounding. The left, the Democrat party, and their fellow travelers in other Western nations are the biggest source of hatred in worldwide Western society.
If they could get away with it they would, without question, kill Trump and his whole family - just like their heroes killed Czar Nicholas, his wife, and their children. This is the kind of hatred that the lazy, fat, twisted, moronic, parasite Marx has bequeathed the world.
It is also a complete travesty that the GOP silently consents to all of the tyranny-or did I miss the outrage?

What this shows, is the democrats will cheat so fragrantly, so obviously, so massively knowing that any lawyer who would dare fight it will simply be disbarred and all cases thrown out.
That’s exactly what happened and will happen.
Eastman used to be a regular on the Hugh Hewitt Show. I thought he was impressive.

I had a first amendment whistle blower case. The 3 judge circuit panel awarded to the defendents who had retaliated against me when I testified about an an employee who was murdered.
My attorney point out that the judges relied on a chronology which was in error and changed the facts of the case. Probably written by their clerk. They refused to reconsider and I lost the case. My only recourse, the supreme court . I said F it and retired on medical (I had also had a heart attack) .

I don’t understand why he needed to hire an attorney. He’s a brilliant attorney who could represent himself.
The problem with hiring attorneys is that you never really know who they are working for; even if you are paying them.
Admittedly, I know a great deal about a number legal issues and how to deal with attorneys.
Here is one example. Several months ago, I was involved in a very minor bump with another car. The other car was a piece of crap. Not sure who was at fault, but I offered the other party $200, and agreed to meet the following Monday along with a release of liability.
The guy didn’t show up and didn’t answer my calls. Several weeks later, I got a notice of a letter from the USPS about a letter I needed to sign for. I never got it, but learned it was from a law firm.
I called the law firm and talked to the attorney handling the case for the other driver. The attorney wanted the name of my insurance company, which I declined to give even after being demanded at least 10 times.
She then threatened to sue me for $10 million. I laughed at her. Told her she would lose; explained how discovery would cost her $50k-100k, plus all her time; and that I’d file a bar complaint against her. She said I couldn’t do that. Told her I certainly could and would if she sued me.
I haven’t been served with a lawsuit, and never will be. These ambulance-chasing lawfirm count on your insurance company to simply pay out because the cost of defending you is more than they are willing to pay to settle bogus claims. This lawfirm came to the reasonable conclusion is wasn’t worth the effort to sue me. Defending myself would become a new “hobby” for me. I’m retired and have all the time in the world.
