I don't know how she did it and I can't find a quick fix, but there HAS to be, because she did it accidently.
All pages are very white, ALMOST obliterating the black print.
anyone?
Thanks

Printouts from the printer? Your toner cartridge must be empty.
Superbright minitor screen? Adjust your brightness and contrast controls. Or maybe your monitor is dying and needs replacing...?

Little, teeny, tiny buttons and ONE had been pushed wrongly . . . thank you.
Now we can all get back to fat fingered posting.

Regarding the toner cartridge: Sometimes removing and shaking it a bit will get one through the current print job. But it definitely needs to be replaced.

Also: “What were you doing, as best as you can remember, before everything went white?” That can be a clue to what commands were being issued/keyed at the time of the incident. Sonetimes an errant finger trying to type in a command will trigger a different one or adjust a control instead.

Are you talking about printed pages or the monitor display?
If its the monitor, select a picture file. Is it normal?
If it is go to the text application giving you the trouble and check the font color selected. Restore it to default which is black on white.
If it is too hard to read and your monitor has control buttons, reduce the brightness and contrast to see if you can see the text more clearly then restore it to default settings.
If it is the printer check the ink cartridge.
