The cop at the city council meeting actually says, at 1:45+, to ‘leave your fobs at the front door, because they are breaking in with real guns with real ammo, and all they want is your car.’
So, give them your keys, once they break in, and they are so honorable they won't rape you or steal anything else.
And they would never murder you, either, apparently.
Does that cop have a gun? I would bet he does.
Only the elite there, in Canada, can have self-defense weapons to kill intruders.

What if I leave my “dynamite under that driver’s seat” fob instead. Steal the fob, sit down in the car and boom. With a small shaped charge I might just need to replace the seat and have the roof liner cleaned.
