I told you this was coming. You know how people keep telling you that it's ridiculous to assert illegal aliens will be voting this year?
It's not and Merrick Garland is going to make it happen.
Eight million illegal aliens are poised to vote come November and Garland will be making sure they do. He promised to fight voter integrity laws all across the country.
Speaking at a Selma church service to mark the anniversary of the attack by Alabama law officers on civil rights demonstrators, Garland recounted the history of voting rights since the end of slavery – a history which, he told the crowd, has "never been steady" for Black Americans and "other voters of color."80% of Americans favor voter ID. The Carter-Baker commission of 2005 supported photo ID for voters and said voter ID was not an undue burden. He lamented that in recent years, certain measures such as voter ID laws and redistricting maps have made it harder "for millions of eligible voters to vote and to elect the representatives of their choice."
"Those measures include practices and procedures that make voting more difficult; redistricting maps that disadvantage minorities; and changes in voting administration that diminish the authority of locally elected or nonpartisan election administrators," Garland told worshippers at Selma's Tabernacle Baptist Church, the site of one of the first mass meetings of the voting rights movement. "Such measures threaten the foundation of our system of government."
Garland said the DOJ was "fighting back." He pointed to having doubled the number of lawyers in the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division, and his legal challenges to state and jurisdictions to implement when he deemed "discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary restrictions on access to the ballot, including those related to mail-in voting, the use of drop boxes, and voter ID requirements.
In 2005, the bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform led by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker concluded that our “electoral system cannot inspire public confidence if no safeguards exist to deter and detect fraud or to confirm the identity of voters.” As a result, the Carter-Baker Commission recommended that states adopt a photo identification system with three key features: 1) require voters to present a valid government-issued photo identification card; 2) provide identification cards free of charge to voters who do not otherwise have them; 3) allow voters who fail to provide the required identification to cast a provisional ballot, which will be counted if they later certify their identity. The Commission felt photo voter ID was of great import.
“The right to vote is a vital component of U.S. citizenship, and all states should use their best efforts to obtain proof of citizenship before registering voters,” the commission’s report stated. “In close or disputed elections, and there are many, a small amount of fraud could make the margin of difference.”The Commission also recommended paper ballotsFar from seeing a photo ID requirement as a negative, the commission said it could become a path to even greater access to the ballot.
“To prevent the ID from being a barrier to voting, we recommend that states use the registration and ID process to enfranchise more voters than ever,” the executive summary of the commission’s report states. “States should play an affirmative role in reaching out to non-drivers by providing more offices, including mobile ones, to register voters and provide photo IDs free of charge. There is likely to be less discrimination against minorities if there is a single, uniform ID, than if poll workers can apply multiple standards.”
What this means if that Garland is going to disallow any charges of voter fraud unless a Republican wins. It's going to free up voter fraud on a galactic scale.
- A national system to connect state and local voter registration lists
- Voter identification based on a universally available REAL ID card
- Policies to improve voter access for all communities, as well as innovations like vote centers and voter information lookup sites
- Stronger efforts to combat fraud, especially in absentee voting
- Auditable paper backups for all voting technology

So now we Democrats have to attempt to legalize our election thieving.
The Babylon Bee gets more competition from reality news.
I knew Garland was a pig just from the way Zerobama and his “mainstream” RAT “media” acted when the Republicans demanded that the incoming president should be allowed to fill the empty seat on the SCOTUS after the election. The “media” and their RAT massas portrayed Garland as “the Second Coming” and threw the Mother of All RAT Tantrums because Americans didn’t want Garland anywhere near the SCOTUS.
Americans need to throw a sh*t fit and toss Garland out on his ass. This is proof that the Dung Beetle Party conducted this invasion of America by freeloading, illegal alien turd rollers as a way to win elections. This invasion of Amrerica was 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Every RAT involved needs to be thrown in the prisons those azhos emptied.
The demo-commies are terrified President Trump will win again this year.
Congress needs to pass a law that anyone who enters the US illegally shall never be given a path to citizenship and eventually make it a Constitutional Amendment.
Even if the recent arrivals don’t vote, they will be counted in the census without distinction from citizens thereby adding congressional seats and distribution. Somebody sued and prevented the citizen question to even be asked.
“Congress needs to pass a law that anyone who enters the US illegally shall never be given a path to citizenship and eventually make it a Constitutional Amendment.”
That’s a great idea, and I would vote for that Amendment. Simple, sleek, to the point, and prudent. I would also state that no Federal Agency can be involved in Funding of Illegal Immigrants, or NGO’s that Fund illegal immigrants. It’s just sad that we need an Amendment because nobody follows the law.
President Trump needs to come out in August with a statement that his AG will aggressively prosecute election and vote fraud and so don’t even think about.
Boy, that pic...squeezed a bit tight with the forceps, eh.
"The Attorney General of the US promises to destroy the integrity of the vote in November"
Garland seems to be overlooking (blatantly ignoring?) that the congressional record shows the following. Post-Civil War federal lawmakers had expressed their concern that states that allow non-citizens to vote effectively wrongly nullify the Constitution's "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause," Artice I, Section 8, Clause 4.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization [emphasis added], and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"
" If the States can admit to the elective franchise those who are not citizens, thereby neutralizing the votes of citizens, not only the Federal power of naturalization becomes a nullity, but" * * * * "a minority of citizens by the aid of aliens may control the government of the States, and through the States the government of the Union [emphasis added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See near middle of 1st column.)
" Whatever difference there may be as to what other rights appertain to a citizen, all must agree that he has the right to petition and also to claim the Protection of the Government. These belong to him as a member the body politic, and the possession of them is what separates citizens of the lowest condition from aliens and slaves. To suppose that a State can make an alien a citizen or confer on him the right of voting would involve the absurdity of giving him the direct and immediate control of the action of the General Government, from which he can claim no protection and to which he has no right to present a petition [emphasis added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See bottom half of 1st column.)
In fact, activist states who try to increase their federal representation by allowing non-citizens to vote actually need to lose representation under Section 2 of the 14th Amendment imo, that section a penalty for states that weaken the constitutionally enumerated voting power of citizens by allowing illegals to vote.
Note the zero tolerance "hair triggers" of Section 2 shown below.
"is denied to any"
"or in any way abridged,"
Excerpted from 14A:
"14th Amendment, Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced [emphases added] in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]
"14th Amendment, Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
I use to ask this question during the Bush amnesty push...
WHY THE HELL would ANY illegal alien want to become a citizen? They get welfare. They get free food, free education, free housing, free transportation. They have an entire political party representing them. They have NGOs lobbying for them. They don’t pay taxes. They receive the protection of the US military and local police forces. They have a more luxurious life than most Americans who work and pay taxes ALL FOR FREE. And they have ZERO responsibility to this country, and, send their money to their home s holes.
If you had this, WHY WHY WHY, would you want to be a citizen?
