Maybe interest free for the illegals but you can bet what the banks are losing on no interest loans will be transferred to other loan customers who will pay full freight.

Step 5: Travel​
You should wait until your travel details are confirmed by IOM before selling your belongings, leaving your job, or leaving your home.

Regarding travel arrangements, you will receive the following assistance:
Obtaining travel documents including exit permits, whenever possible, and transit and entry visas
Pre-departure orientation:
In addition to the travel-related information provided in your Cultural Orientation training, you will receive additional information regarding flight schedules, airline regulations, customs requirements, and the specific assistance you should expect to receive in transit and when you arrive in the United States.
Transportation to and assistance at embarkation airports:
You will be assisted with flight check-in, as well as customs and immigration formalities at the airport.
Operational or medical escorts:
Passengers requiring special assistance during travel will be assisted as needed.

Arrival assistance:
You will be met at your port of entry in the United States by IOM staff and assisted with entry formalities including onward connecting flights. At your final destination in the United States, you will be met by a representative of your Resettlement Agency.

Frequently Asked Questions​
When do I have to start paying back the cost of the ticket? How do I do this?

Prior to departure, you will sign a Promissory Note to promise to repay the cost of airfare for everyone on your case. After arriving in the United States, you will have 42 months to repay this interest-free loan. Repayment of the loan generally begins within six months after arrival. You should repay the loan in monthly payments set forth in the loan note. The monthly payments should be sent to the Resettlement Agency designated on the Promissory Note. The Resettlement Agency then reimburses IOM to make funds available for others seeking resettlement. Repaying the travel loan promptly contributes to sustaining the travel loan program and will help you to establish a good credit rating in the United States. If you have any problems paying your loan you should talk to your Resettlement Agency; in certain circumstances the loan payment amount can be reduced or the repayment terms extended. It is important that you communicate with your Resettlement Agency about your Promissory Note upon arrivle.

I was going to ask what lenders are going to make loans to them? I guess this excerpt answers that...They’ve set up a State agency to do just that..AND no accrued interest or monthly payments...UNREAL! CA taxpayers won’t even realize they ARE the lenders!!

I would like to meet the genius who came up with this.....perhaps completed 2nd grade and still managed to get elected to office.

She would get so excited when “first time home-buyers” money (AKA subprime loans) became available.

If California citizens are leaving the state because of elite Democratic-manufactured (imo) high crime and likewise high cost of living, how are illegal aliens going to be able to afford to live there without being on unconstitutional (imo) federal welfare?

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if California elite Democrats eventually forgive the home loan for illegals.

The remedy for corrupt state and federal governments ...

All patriots in the nation need to come to the rescue of oppressed California taxpayers, citizens in other renegade states too, by doing the following. Patriots need to immediately primary ALL incumbent state and federal lawmakers trying the get reelected this year, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and others?), replacing them with a new patriot Congress in November that will not only support hopeful Trump 47 to finish draining the swamp, but will also do its duty to guarantee the states, California in this example, a constitutionally guaranteed republican form of government.

The Help to Buy (HTB) Scheme helps first-time buyers purchase a newly-built house or apartment. You can also get it for once-off self-build homes. It only applies to properties that cost €500,000 or less.

The Help to Buy Scheme gives a refund of the income tax and Deposit Interest Retention Tax (DIRT) you have paid in Ireland for the 4 years before the year you apply.
