The New York case going to trial next month concerns me. Yes, it is a completely BS case, but it is being tried in Manhattan and a Manhattan jury will convict Trump no matter how BS the case and regardless of the evidence. The democrat judge will then sentence Trump to the maximum sentence.

The pardon power of the president may extend to state cases. It has never been adjudicated.

Trump assumes office, grants himself a pardon on ALL cases, fed or state and dares them to try and get past the secret service. The cases would be tied up for years or outright dismissed in his favor.
