This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, April 7, 2025
Russian authorities likely facilitated the removal of a prominent Russian insider source from Telegram as part of continued efforts to crack down on the Russian information space. Russian insider channel VChK-OGPU-Reserve claimed on April 7 that Telegram administrators deleted the original VChK-OGPU channel and several other channels at the behest of Russian authorities.[14] The other affected channels reportedly include pro-Ukrainian channels and channels publishing information about Kursk Oblast and migrants in Russia — two topics the Kremlin has previously sought to censor.[15] Telegram denied taking down the VChK-OGPU channel and stated that the channel’s administrators deleted their own channel.[16] Other Russian sources claimed that only Telegram has the ability to take down the channel, and one milblogger claimed that the VChK-OGPU administrators may have fallen victim to a phishing scam — a claim which the VChK-OGPU-Reserve channel denied.[17] VChK-OGPU is reportedly affiliated with Russian law enforcement and has offered purported insights into Kremlin factional dynamics, internal assessments of Russian government policies, significant changes in the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD), and leaks of information regarding the MoD and Russian military.[18] Russian authorities arrested an alleged administrator of VChK-OGPU in February 2023 and designated the VChK-OGPU channel a “foreign agent” in July 2024 at a time when the Kremlin was intensifying its effort to deanonymize Russian Telegram channels and take more direct control over the Russian information space.[19] The Kremlin, if responsible for the channel’s removal, is likely aiming to exert control over the remaining facets of the Russian information space that publish criticisms of the Kremlin or information deemed sensitive. Many Russian ultranationalist milbloggers responded positively on April 7 to the removal of the VChK-OGPU channel, demonstrating the extent to which the Kremlin has already coopted much of the ultranationalist information space and conditioned many milbloggers to accept and promote the Kremlin’s censorship.[20]

The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region considered the Prosecutor General's Office claim in four sessions. Evgeny Skigin, son of the deceased co-founder of PNT Dmitry Skigin, who was announced as a third party at the hearings, failed to show up for the hearings twice. His lawyer also failed to show up at the hearings, having provided a certificate of pregnancy. The lawyer asked to postpone the trial for several days, but during the proceedings it was established that the pregnancy issue would not be resolved in this time, but would only delay the hearings.
The statement of the supervisory authority, with which the arbitration court fully agreed, stated that the defendants, the Cypriot companies Tujunga Enterprises Limited, Novomor Limited and Almont Holdings Limited, which are owned by the children of Dmitry Skigin, violate the Federal Law “On the Procedure for Implementing Foreign Investments in Economic Entities of Strategic Importance for Ensuring National Defense and State Security.”
The offshore beneficiaries are German citizens, brothers Mikhail and Evgeny Skigin, and their sister, French citizen Polina Skigina. They received the PNT share package through three transactions made in 2016 and 2020. As a result, the lawsuit says, the operator and owner of the property of the terminal for transshipment of oil products and other bulk cargo, located in the Big Port of St. Petersburg, came under the control of foreign residents. Its share of bulk cargo turnover exceeds 70%, and its assets are valued at more than 17.5 billion rubles. Since 2000, the enterprise has been included in the Register of Natural Monopolies of the Russian Federation.
Let us recall that the founders of PNT are Dmitry Skigin and Sergey Vasiliev. The first died in 2003, the second, after a serious illness, transferred the business to his wife, Elena Vasilyeva, who became the chairman of the board of directors of the terminal. The latter has repeatedly appealed to the courts and law enforcement agencies, reporting raider attacks by offshore companies and members of Dmitry Skigin’s family standing behind them. Their representatives refused to comment on the arbitration decision. According to the resolution, it was immediately executed.

It has become known who wants to take over the Petersburg Oil Terminal
Few people paid attention to the decision of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg, which seized 55% of the shares of JSC Petersburg Oil Terminal (PNT) in favor of the state . The court supported the position of the Prosecutor General's Office, which insisted that the transfer of the terminal under the control of foreigners violated the law on foreign investments in companies of strategic importance for Russia (Federal Law No. 57).
In particular, it is known that the terminal had previously come under the control of three Cypriot offshore companies: Novomor Limited, Almont Holdings Limited and Tujunga Enterprises Limited. Their owners are the children of the late founder of PNT, Dmitry Skigin. But that is not the point.
Sources in business circles say that in the near future, Viktor Medvedchuk may gain control over PNT. Earlier, we reported that after moving to Russia, Medvedchuk began to acquire assets extremely quickly , hiding behind his close relationship with the president. Large businessmen complained to each other and off the record in conversations with us that Vladimir Vladimirovich essentially tacitly allowed his godfather to scale up earnings in Russia by gaining control over other people's industrial assets. But no one in the Presidential Administration wanted to openly conflict.
Time will tell whether Medvedchuk will get PNT under his control. But, as we can see, the court held hearings extremely quickly and took away the assets of the oil terminal.

The Federal Reserve system was established by Congress in 1913 with the intention of being "independent".
My opinion is that an "independent" Fed -- meaning not subject to the President firing them -- may well be unconstitutional, especially when we have Republican presidents.
When a Democrat is president, then absolutely, I want the Fed to be "independent". ;-)
The “independent “ is the part that needs investigated, just like black robed “independent”judges.
NEW: The DOJ alleged in a late-Monday motion that would-be Trump assassin Ryan Routh ATTEMPTED TO BUY A ROCKET LAUNCHER FROM A UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATE weeks before his Sept. 15 attempt.
"I need equipment so that Trump cannot get elected," Routh allegedly told his Ukrainian associate.
The DOJ also claimed that Routh was in touch with a Mexican human trafficker about smuggling Afghans into the U.S.-- and later about escaping the country after he killed Trump--and that he used stolen license plates and fake names such as “John White” and “Brian Wilson.”

Instead of a logical decrease in domestic prices as a consequence of the fall in global oil prices, Russians will get a new round of price increases - just as it happened with gas. Compensation for external losses will again be at the expense of the Russian people.
Falling oil prices will hit the oil and gas revenues of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Ordov from Plekhanov Russian Economic University says. Accordingly, it will become more difficult for the authorities to subsidize oil refining, as it was done earlier through the damping mechanism (compensating oil companies for lower domestic fuel prices). As a result, fuel will rise in price faster than usual.
The cost of Russia's key export Urals oil has fallen to $52 dollars per barrel due to the sharp drop in global oil prices and continues to fall. Budget revenues were planned based on an oil price of $60 per barrel. Russia's budget will lose a substantial part of its revenues. From which, among other things, compensation was paid to oil companies for maintaining stable domestic fuel prices.
The authorities support fuel prices, because it is not only the basis for the cost of foodstuffs (everyone remembers the growth of foodstuffs, which caused the rise in fuel prices at the beginning of the sowing season), but also affects the price of all goods, because it makes logistics more expensive.
Over the past quarter, the fuel market in Russia remained stable. The only thing that shows how much this stability costs the budget is the drop in oil and gas revenues even before the fall in oil prices. According to the results of the first two months of 2025, oil and gas revenues of the federal budget decreased by 4% compared to the same period of 2024. The reduction was mainly due to various compensations to producers.
Subsidies for refineries increased by 113 billion rubles ($1 317 825 893). Also, payments from the budget for damping (139 billion rubles ($1 621 042 470) in December 2024, 156 billion rubles ($1 819 299 463) in January), reverse excise tax and investment surcharge for January-February 2025 increased. By the end of 2025, subsidies may reach almost 4 trillion rubles ($46 648 704 192), which exceeds the current amount of liquid funds of the Russian National Wealth Fund.
If oil revenues fall, the reduction of compensations to oil companies is inevitable, because there will be nowhere to compensate them for their losses. Lack of compensation for maintaining domestic prices will lead to their growth. Just in the middle of the sowing season, which will certainly affect both the cost of food and other goods.
As, in fact, was the case with gas, the external losses will be compensated again at the expense of the Russian population. Gazprom's refusal to supply gas to Europe has led to a significant increase in the price of gas inside Russia. Now the Russians will be used to compensate for oil companies' losses from the decline in world oil prices. But back in late 2024, the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service prudently prohibited auto experts from talking about fuel prices. The agency said that this could violate the law on competition.

April 7 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs revised down its annual average price forecasts again for Brent and WTI crude in 2026, citing increased recession risks and the possibility of higher-than-expected OPEC+ supply.
In a note dated April 6, the bank cut its 2026 average price forecast by $4 for Brent to $58 a barrel and WTI to $55.

On the night of March 30-31, 2025, Ukrainian attack drones targeted the Shaykovka military airfield, home to “Tu-22M3” strategic bombers. This airfield, from where the aircraft of the 52nd Heavy Bombardment Aviation Regiment (Unit 33310) frequently launched missiles against Ukrainian cities, now faces significant logistical disruption. The missile stockpile and associated preparation equipment have been destroyed. According to satellite intelligence data released by the cyber community “Kiberboroshno,” the strike resulted in the destruction of the warehouse housing the “Kh-22/32” missiles as well as a technical facility used for fueling and missile launch preparations. Satellite images confirm that the stationary refueling stations have vanished from the airbase surface following a powerful explosion that left them as mere debris. Additionally, one hangar near the plane parking area—likely used for storing supersonic missiles—suffered considerable damage. A fighter plane might have been destroyed as well. Images reveal the shattered aircraft parking area, where it's impossible to conclusively identify the wreckage—whether it's plane debris or a ruined hangar. This attack marks the third assault on Shaykovka airbase over the past two and a half years.
Despite the cost to us of supporting Ukraine’s defense, it is nice to be learning our military equipment is superior to the Russian comparables. It is particularly interesting to see that just as Russia does not seem able to improve their military tactics, they can’t even seem to improve their equipment with a sample in hand.
