All the talk about EV weights is relative.

Our EV crossover weighs about 10% more than the old ICE crossover it replaced, and about 5% less than our ICE pickup. LOL

Yes, the left should quit forcing EV's onto people. There is no global warmageddon. But some of our rationale among conservatives is silly. We should stick to the real facts and that's that government has no place deciding what we drive, and that government should stick to only what the Constitution says it can.

I Disagree, we can make this work by Mandating Immediately ALL Public Employee’s Nationwide be prohibited from using or owning an ICE powered vehicle and require ALL of them to either use an EV or Mass Public Transit for ALL travel in perpetuity.

The increased weight of those EV Pigs increase tire wear. EV tires wear out 20% faster and cause increased tire-wear emissions and road-wear particles. That will get worse as drivers transition to EVs. Emissions Analytics found that a single ICE sheds almost nine pounds of tire weight per year, on average. Globally, that amounts to 6 million metric tons of tire pollution annually. Just wait. There will be imposed travel restrictions. No more trips out to Yellowstone.
