Movie plot: After many law enforcement and EMT personnel cannot get past the sea of burned out EVs including their own, they confront a city with collapsing parking garages, bridges and overpasses from structural damage caused by the weight of EVS. Burning EVs with trapped people inside them and others dying by electrocution make the crisis scene worse.
