Regardless of the laws rational decent people cannot expect the lawless Biden cabal to do what is best for America. The border crisis will not be solved until the Biden cabal is removed from power. Johnson is absolutely right. border security, immigration reform, foreign aid to Ukraine and Israel are separate issues and should be judged individually in a democracy based on their own merits.

If this were a border enforcement bill and not an immigration bill to circumvent the vetting we do in our traditional immigration system, the bill would be one paragraph long and would simply state amnesty must be applied for in your home country or the first country the claimant passes that is safe. Such a policy complies with the UN international amnesty law and eliminates the rush to the border from the entire globe other than contiguous Mexico, applications from which we should be able to handle at the border. These global economic refugees trying to sell their economic plight as amnesty claims will stop coming and becoming a financial burden on the country while their claims are being reviewed.
