Supreme Court Allows Removal of Razor Wire on US-Mexico Border in Divisive 5-4 Vote
Citizen Watch Report ^

I can't help but feel deeply frustrated by this recent Supreme Court decision, where a slim 5-4 majority has given the green light to federal agents to cut the razor wire installed by Texas along the US-Mexico border. It's not just about the wire; it's about the fundamental responsibility of those in power to ensure the safety and well-being of American citizens.

The decision seems to undermine the very essence of border security, and it leaves me questioning the commitment of our leaders to enforce the laws that are meant to protect us. The border is not just a line on a map; it's a crucial element in maintaining the security and integrity of our nation.

Let them send in troops.

Unfortunately, that is only likely to occur if the CIC finds the USSC decision supports his agenda. Then his action has the added benefit of appearing lawful.

Crime rates in border states are, like elsewhere, soaring as the direct result of the Biden federal government's open borders policy.

Even if the policy violates no federal statute, are the states obligated to sit on their hands and accept that permanent damage?

If so, the next question may be since the damage spreads to all corners of a particular state, how much of Texas does the federal government own?

Is what is happening in plain view the result of Obama's "remaking America"?

To roughly describe.. Women can be manipulators.
Ex: go shopping and hide purchases in closet until proper time to bring out one.
It’s her right to shop.. So why hide.. To avoid.
My pretty daughter when she went to a new school in 3rd grade, the popular girl went after my daughter. The teacher had told me she was jealous of my daughter, and the mother of that girl called me.. I didn’t give her much time.
Boys don’t act like that.
My daughter in law works in sales.. She’d rather work with men than other women.

Men don’t understand... We do.

Joe and Barry are not going to bring in troops.
If they cared for our country, they already would hsve’. It’s their design.

The folks voted in Barack.. Twice.. He has the charisma I guess.. They flock after him.. He brought on much of this that is happening today.

You see how the anti christ can do likewise and more.

I never could stand bar ry.. He is a spoiled brat grown up and wants what he wants.
They have 5 mansions and she does not like America

That’s not how it works. Law and order is not so immediate as free medicine and especially free or cheap government subsidized child care. Many single women fear or hope they may have children at some point and not seeing marriage in their future they want the government to provide what a husband once normally provided. Many women want the government to enforce “equal pay” and lots of etc.

No can of worms. I, along with a number of perceptive Freepers, including at least one female, have been saying it for years. Actually a surprising number of women also understand this. Women should be allowed to run for and serve in offices including the presidency, but not vote for candidates.

No can of worms.

Yes it is because the same tactics you use against women can be used against you if the right people get into power.

Women should be allowed to run for and serve in offices including the presidency, but not vote for candidates.

Well, there's quite the cognitive disconnect. If you feel you can't trust a woman to vote *right* in elections, then why would you expect them to vote any other way if they are in positions of political power?

You never did answer the question about why women are fair game when everyone else is off limits.

Blame shifting the responsibility for the direction this country is going in on one demographic is the lazy way out and intellectually dishonest. It's not just one group or one factor. And it's not like men don't vote democrat in elections or in political positions of power either or that this country and the world would be better off with only men voting. It's not like women are the only group that leans or votes democrat. But again, nobody has the courage to go after the other demographics. Only women are fair game.

And broad brushing women like that ignores and is really spit in the face to those women who vote more conservative than many men.

And there is also the issue of democrat gerrymandering to sway the outcomes of elections.

And what tactics might that be? Will I be slapped down by someone saying the 1st AMD was wrongly added to the Constitution? Do you prefer a massive Protective State to the freedom your parents enjoyed and that we are losing now? Think about it rather than fire up your emotion.

Conehead is another Trump deep state nomination. He would be finishing his second term if he could tell the difference.

its not a question of enforcement-its the lack thereof-and whether or not that failure to defend the national border is in of itself a form of forcing a state to secede to protect itself

Chief Justice John Roberts led the majority, alongside justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Amy Coney Barrett and Ketanji Brown Jackson, with the remaining justices in dissent.

They are elitist federalists. While most people look at SCOUTS justices as liberal or conservative, federalist vs. anti-federalist (states rights) is frequently the better way to view them.

The McCarthy committee investigated members of the government. HUAC investigated private citizens.

"How does the citizenry address grievances against an entire government that is acting in open treason?

"We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution." Abraham Lincoln (1809-65)

"What country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms." Thomas Jefferson

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." C. S. Lewis

"But you must remember, my fellow-citizens, that eternal vigilance by the people is the price of liberty, and that you must pay the price if you wish to secure the blessing. It behooves you, therefore, to be watchful in your States as well as in the Federal Government. Andrew Jackson, Farewell Address, March 4, 1837.

"Civilisation will not last, freedom will not survive, peace will not be kept, unless a very large majority of mankind unite together to defend them and show themselves possessed of a constabulary power before which barbaric and atavistic forces will stand in awe." Sir Winston Churchill.

SCOTUS has affirmed the supremacy of the Federal government and that the Constitution is indeed a suicide pact.

Even as Federalists they failed, because the Constitution guarantees that the individual states were to be protected by the Federal Government against invasions .

This is now the 3rd posting of this topic. Search still works folks.

***********

Well, ain’t life grand. Is these posting from different
sources with maybe a tad of new info?

Sometimes it takes a while and many discussions to get the
populace to become aware and take some actions. But reality
says this land has been invaded by differing groups ever since
Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492. And those newcomers
began bringing other foreigners from Africa and S. America, etc.

Just think ...
Our grandchildren may be living on the moon in the not to
distant future just to have a new life with peace and comfort.
Enjoy your 3 score and 10 as best you can.

But they aren't recognizing economic migrants as invaders. So, they are changing definitions. It's all the more reason that Trump will need to declare an invasion and suspend habeas corpus to get around the courts finding violations of due process to deport them all. He shouldn't advertise that, but he needs to do that once in office.
