I can't help but feel deeply frustrated by this recent Supreme Court decision, where a slim 5-4 majority has given the green light to federal agents to cut the razor wire installed by Texas along the US-Mexico border. It's not just about the wire; it's about the fundamental responsibility of those in power to ensure the safety and well-being of American citizens.
The decision seems to undermine the very essence of border security, and it leaves me questioning the commitment of our leaders to enforce the laws that are meant to protect us. The border is not just a line on a map; it's a crucial element in maintaining the security and integrity of our nation.

Not sure why this is unexpected. It is a long-running precedent that the federal government — not individual states — has authority to enforce border security.
Case name and number, and who voted for what on the Court?
They didn’t say Texas couldn’t arrest them for trespassing. Texas and America is still one step ahead of the Nazis running D.C.
If I understand Texan’s, the 5 loosers of the SC will have to come do it themselves.
I always thought that the executive branch was supposed to execute the laws. Not not execute the laws that they disagree with through executive orders or by simply ignoring the law completely.
Also, our balance of power system was designed to prevent a single person, a tyrant, from ruling over the people. That the other branches were to make laws albeit sometimes painfully slowly.
Sure seems like the executive branch has way too much power and are making law, whether by ignoring a law (our immigration laws) or outright making law (the vaccine mandate).
THIS is high treason. This is why there were House Un-American Activities Committee hearings. How does the citizenry address grievances against an entire government that is acting in open treason?
All four women on the court (Including the vaunted Amy Conehead-Barrett) and Roberts voted to take the razor wire down.
And THAT kids is why we should avoid a female President like cyanide. Their feelings are the basis of how they rule, and they use sophistry to make it sound legalistic.
Shame on Amy & Roberts!!!
An injunction has to to meet two tests to be legally justified: a) irreparable harm; b) a large likelihood of success on the merits.
My guess is there's enough legal question about (b) that Roberts and Barrett supported the libs to remove the injunction.
We'll have to see what Texas does now.
Sorry for the confusing paragraph. But you get the idea.
The executive branch needs to be reminded. But apparently the other branches are not willing to push back.
” It is a long-running precedent that the federal government — not individual states — has authority to enforce border security.”
Bullcrap. The States also have the right to repel an invasion and always have. This is new but undoubtedly true today. If the Mexican Army rolled in is you position that if the US Government decides not to oppose it, the states cannot?
SCOTUS aka Supreme Clowns Of The US
If Biden can ignore Supreme Court decisions why can’t Abbot?
You could have saved a few electrons and typed, "All five women on the court..."
Five real pieces of sh!t trampling on the graves at Arlington. What did those men die for?
Texas should ignore the feds.
So, in reality, ALL the women on the court voted for this.
