The criminals in the Federal Government were enjoined by a lower court.

An injunction has to to meet two tests to be legally justified: a) irreparable harm; b) a large likelihood of success on the merits.

My guess is there's enough legal question about (b) that Roberts and Barrett supported the libs to remove the injunction.

We'll have to see what Texas does now.

I say Texas should do what PA did during the election - just ignore SCrOTUS.
