SCOTUS had 8+ years to rule on this when Barack Hussein Obama was nominated twice and won twice. Hid biological or his adopted father, both, were never US citizens.

If our wonderful US Constitution intended the definition of NBC as having both parents US citizens, it would have stated it clearly. Actually the constitution never mentions the word “parent”.

WHY did the Framers make a distinction between citizens and natural born Citizens for the office of the Presidency?

But it does mention the word "posterity" which is children from the parents' point of view.
