The Federal government is in breach of contract with every State in the nation for the willful disregard of its Constitutional duty. In any commercial contract the aggrieved party has the right to regain its control of its interests. I wouldn’t sue the Feds. I would not allow a Federal court to find in favor of its own side. I would just assert jurisdiction and act.
