#BREAKING The state of Texas has seized all city property along the riverfront at the border in the Eagle Pass area under governors emergency powers, including federal processing locations and equipment—This is according to multiple sources.
All access to the property is limited to state authority only. Border Patrol will be permitted to enter the property to remove their equipment and supplies—Agents will not have access to the area unless there is a medical emergency.
I am told that the state plans to start arresting all who cross for criminal trespass—This is not under the new illegal entry law #SB4– They have been arresting for criminal trespass for months.

And even if Trump endorses some of these RINOs for this year's elections, remember that he also supported Kevin McCarthy as House Speaker.
In other words, Democratic and Republican Trump supporters need to primary everybody in Congress, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and others?), replacing them with new patriot lawmakers who will support hopeful Trump 47 to finish draining he swamp while us patriots get Trump up to speed with the federal government's constitutionally limited powers.

Well, more than a couple of miles, but you get my meaning.
The Federal government is in breach of contract with every State in the nation for the willful disregard of its Constitutional duty. In any commercial contract the aggrieved party has the right to regain its control of its interests. I wouldn’t sue the Feds. I would not allow a Federal court to find in favor of its own side. I would just assert jurisdiction and act.
Abbott has a military force. Its called the Texas National Guard. Who do you think took over the city?

And I bet every BP agent backs this policy within themselves.

The Border Patrol Union lauded Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott's actions, saying he “is not harming Border Patrol operations, he is enhancing them.”
I searched for article title, but apparently I should have searched for ‘not harming Border Patrol operations, he is enhancing them.’ It sounds like CBP really loathes dementia Joe. If this specific story spreads, Team Biden may decide now is the time to announce Big Mike Obama’s run for presidency.
