It would give WHO the power to override a country’s constitution, force vaccines and gene therapy on populations, and restrict medical freedoms by preventing the use of things like ivermectin. It looks to me like “Prepping the battlefield”. This is what a military does before invasion and war. Simply put, this is proof that they are going to “go all in” against their own people.
