What is the purpose of an independent Ireland if Ireland is not for the Irish?
It doesn’t even make any sense.
“Irish nationalism” refers to the belief that Ireland should be independent from Britain.
But according to many women in Ireland, the only reason for this independence from Britain is so that Ireland can bring in immigrants even faster than the British.

Your excerpt is useless. If you had excerpted a more relevant section of it, there would have been fewer responses here expressing confusion.
What she is saying is that Ireland has always been concerned with justice and the rights of individuals; therefore, to be truly Irish one must be a SJW. She is equivocation.
The reality is that Ireland used to be *Catholic* and *therefore* concerned with justice and the rights of individuals, that people not treat others badly. This really came up during the Industrial Revolution—for example, it was Irish immigrants who tended to be very involved in the labor movements of the early 1900s in the US.
However, Catholicism teaches that immigration can be restricted *and* that immigrants have obligations to the nation which takes them in, so her comment is specious.
