Shannen Doherty doesn’t mince words.
“I don’t want to die,” she asserts as a sliver of Los Angeles sunshine falls across her face on the set of her PEOPLE cover shoot four days before Thanksgiving.
The actress — who is best known for her roles on the hit ’90s TV show Beverly Hills, 90210 and later, Charmed — is characteristically candid, upbeat and dry-witted as she opens up about her Stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to her bones.
As she continues to receive treatment, the 52-year-old is more determined than ever to keep moving forward. “I’m not done with living. I’m not done with loving. I’m not done with creating. I’m not done with hopefully changing things for the better,” she says, cracking a smile. "I’m just not — I’m not done.”

Shannen Doherty through the years.
Prayers for Shannon Doherty.
Prayers for Miss Doherty. May she be granted a miraculous healing.
It looks pretty bad, as it has spread to her bones. 52 years old. Too young.
IIRC, she leans conservative — or used to at one time.
Loved her in “Heathers”.
She needs to embrace Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, instead of embracing this Life. Pray for her to do so.
Yep. No hope. I have been through this twice with two relatives who were in denial. Or maybe they just couldn’t give up that sliver of hope.
Prayers for Shannon.
I had a relative who survived bone cancer. there’s always hope.
"My greatest memory is yet to come," she says. "I pray. I wake up and go to bed thanking God, praying for the things that matter to me without asking for too much. It connects me to a higher power and spirituality. My faith is my mantra.”
I wonder if she knows about ivermectin and fenbendazole for cancer?

I don’t see the name of Jesus in her quote... hopefully she has accepted Him.
John 14:6
KJV
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
God, bless her with strength.
She has handled this with unimaginable grace. Prayers for a healing miracle.
The first my friend’s wife knew she had bone cancer, she rolled over in her sleep and a ligament in her shoulder tore loose from the bone. The result was fantastic pain. She died in a few months.
My aunt also died of bone cancer. My uncle, a contractor, built a rail system in the bedroom ceiling so he could put her in a sling to move her around, including onto a balcony he built off their bedroom. Don’t recall much else about that one, but it was a miserable way to die.
So sad to hear about her health.
I’m comforted to know she is a Christian.

Amen.
I’ve been friends with her brother for over thirty years and met her once or twice. She really is a decent person, which is why she was frequently vilified in Hollywood. I’ll be praying for her.
She has had this cancer for many years. My first memory of her is in Little house a new beginning.
