No, I take that back. If Trump can get back into the White House, and if he can put a good team in place, things might change. Two big “ifs” there.

When (not if) the terror attacks come, I doubt if they will be small-scale military operations like we saw in Israel. More likely they will be some combination of Boston Marathon-style bombings and random knife attacks.
The knife attacks can be somewhat mitigated by an armed citizenry. But the bombings can only be thwarted by solid intelligence work. Unfortunately, the FBI is instead investigating traditional Catholics and people who send pro-Trump tweets.
