President Trump’s Latest “Motion to Compel Discovery” Exposes Foreign Interference in 2020 Election in “One of the Worst Cybersecurity Incidents in History”

Yesterday, President Trump’s legal team submitted a motion to compel discovery in the Washington DC case in which he is charged with conspiring to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election. Trump’s attorneys state that the case in Washington DC “reflects little more than partisan advocacy designed to sabotage President Trump’s leading campaign for the 2024 Presidential Election.”

...

To which Trump’s counsel responded: “…the government appears to have looked with tunnel vision at limited issues it believed were relevant.”

and that

“The Indictment in this case adopts classified assessments by the Intelligence Community and others that minimized, and at times ignored, efforts by foreign actors to influence and interfere with the 2020 election. President Trump will offer classified information at trial relating to foreign influence activities that impacted the 2016 and 2020 elections, as well as efforts by his administration to combat those activities. President Trump will also present classified information relating to the biased and politicized nature of the intelligence assessments that he and others rejected during the events in question.”

In the Motion to Compel filing, regarding the “SolarWinds “SUNBURST” Attack, Trump’s counsel alleges that:

“…between January 2019 and at least December 2020, parties reportedly linked to Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Services…perpetrated what the SEC recently described as “one of the worst cybersecurity incidents in history.” In connection with what is now known as the “SUNBURST attack,”

[T]he threat actors inserted malicious code into three software builds [bold added] for SolarWinds’ Orion products. SolarWinds then delivered these compromised products to more than 18,000 customers across the globe. The malicious code provided the threat actors with the ability to access the systems of these compromised customers [bold added], provided certain other conditions were met, and became known as the SUNBURST attack.

Here it comes. Trump will present evidence that the 2020 Election was hacked. Will this court permit the evidence to be introduced, or conclude that Trump lacks "standing" to defend himself?

The startling evidence, and arrest, of James Gordon Meek, a 13-year veteran of ABC News, that, he, himself was a child sexual abuser, set the internet ablaze about why Meek would seek to discredit the notorious “Russian disinformation” controversy.

In 2017, Meek contributed to the story about the salacious Russian disinformation allegation
meriting media attention, (surfacing during Trump’s 2016 campaign) which called the issue a “debunked conspiracy theory.”

The SUNBURST claims would seem no more effective than The Kracken unless the defense can show more than that hacking took place, and that there were statistical anomalies. How did the hacking change the vote counts, where, and by how much?

The decisive cheating appears to have been an amalgmation of multiple low-tech methods like ballot harvesting, out of state voting, running ballots through counting machines repeatedly, etc.

the magnitude, breadth and depth of the treason involving the 2020 national elections is just starting to bubble to the surface.

The resolution, which MUST BE as per rule of law if we are to survive as a nation

No, the defense only needs to prove a reasonable man would conclude there is something not right and needs to be investigated to establish reasonable doubt PDJT was faking.

Proving the actual count was altered is a different matter.

Without question it will conclude that Trump lacks “standing” to defend himself, because that’s the way kangaroo courts operate.

There was also evidence of ballot creation, with unfolded mail-in ballots. So surprising that people do not know a lot of what has been uncovered, but was never allowed to be adjudicated in a court of law. Including thousands upon thousands of sworn affidavits submitted by poll workers.

When you use foreign software to count US votes, you get the likes of Slow Joe.

This was discussed on FR back during obamy.

We have become inundated with Feds who engage in gaslighting tactics, or they are some really stupid people.

Only to you.

How did the hacking change the vote counts, where, and by how much?

Well it's classified information. Trump can't just file it as an appendix to a motion to dismiss or something, and he has been accused of mishandling classified documents, or did you forget that? Maybe you'll just have to wait until Trump's lawyers file an explanation of the relevance of the information like everyone else.

The decisive cheating appears to have been an amalgmation of multiple low-tech methods like ballot harvesting, out of state voting, running ballots through counting machines repeatedly, etc.

Appearances can be deceiving, and some people are deceived more easily than others. I'm sure the DS and Rats all want people to believe exactly what your posting. Trump has said all along that he caught the cheating, but no court would hear the case so he could present the evidence. You just don't know what Trump and his team know.

There are also paid shills for certain candidates, and at least one prominent political family. They post the same excrement again and again.

Long before any of that could come into play was a coordinated operation by the FBI and intelligence agencies, the media, and the tech and communications industries to selectively restrict the ability for the democratic institutions and individuals to communicate. Even if nothing more than that happened, it’d be hard to believe it was limited to that with widespread efforts to eliminate election security measures.
