” . . . the way I see it, they have no choice but to kill him in jail. It is the only way to stop the appeals and making public all the fraud that took place in his inquisition.”

They actually have a simple way to stop the appeals. Each appeals court declines to hear the appeal. This is the strategy they have employed successfully with respect to election fraud.

Look what has happened. The Minnesota appeals court upheld the verdict and the Minnesota Supreme Court denied Chauvin’s petition for review. The US Supreme Court refused to review the case on November 20, 2023. Likely fearing the riots that will occur if Chauvin’s verdict is overturned, the courts have refused to grant him an appeal hearing.

I perceived Chauvin to be A terrible cop who should never have been on the force and an unsympathetic character. He
certainly didn’t help Floyd’s condition as evidenced by his colleagues trying to get him to stop kneeling on the guy. So if I don’t think he should be in prison it would follow that one of these appeals should lead to at least a new trial.

It sounds like a decision has been made pretty high up to sacrifice this guy.

Well, of course not. The MSM, et al, want him dead before the truth finally comes out and his retrial is scheduled.

The trial was totally corrupt.

Blame the John Roberts US Supreme Court, due to their inaction they are no longer the Highest Court of justice in America.

Mob rule has taken over, just ask Epstein or Whitey Bulger.

And the Supremes declined to hear it IIRC. Disgusting. And deadly. Good thing there aren’t two justice systems eh?

What about the Supreme Court cowards who refused to hear his appeal? If he is killed in jail, they will have his blood on their hands. Stick some of them in jail and let the murderers there have at them.

" He certainly didn’t help Floyd’s condition as evidenced by his colleagues trying to get him to stop kneeling on the guy."

I saw no evidence of the above. What I saw and read was a recidivist felon given every break when the cops responded to a shop-lifting report until Floyd exited the cop car and went on the attack. Chauvin used a Department officially approved procedure to keep a violent suspect on the ground once there.

Chauvin did not use a "choke hold" on Floyd from anything I saw. How do I know that? I was a Military Policeman for 3 years, and trained when to use or not to use a "choke hold" - mostly not. Us new SP candidates had to experience the "hold" personally. I almost passed out.

Remember, Floyd said he couldn't breathe when they police first arrived and interviewing him. The cops had no reason to believe him at that time, but let him sit in their car to help him relax. He said again while sitting there he was having trouble breathing and left the car and went on attack. When Chauvin had him on the ground, Floyd complained about trouble breathing again. I could be wrong, but that's when the cops called for the EMT's. They may have called EMT's when in the cop car.

Read the Medical Examiner's Floyd autopsy:https://www.hennepin.us/-/media/hennepinus/residents/public-safety/medical-examiner/floyd-autopsy-6-3-20.pdf.

Look at the number I. Blunt force injuries. It includes outer skin cutaneous and mucosal injuries. Those are very common in police take-downs with violent suspects.
Number III, says No life-threatening injuries identified, including the neck.

Chauvin was rail-roaded even though he used an officially approved method by his own Department to keep a violent suspect on the ground. Chauvin used the weight of his body transferred to his right knee against Floyd's right upper back, while controlling Floyd's flailing arm. I was also trained in that procedure if you have the suspect face down. Sheesh, watch the show Cops and you will see it time and again and no one dies from that procedure.

The other cops stood by because Chauvin had Floyd under control and Floyd was succumbing to his massive over-dose of illegal drugs and heart disease and stopped resisting. Plus, they knew the EMT's were on the way.

IMO, they all followed procedure and even tried to help.
FLOYD WAS A DEAD MAN WALKING with the amount of drugs as reported in the autopsy.

Unless I missed a specific photo or video, Floyd was not killed by a choke hold. He killed himself by bad choices.

I can’t even imagine. He clearly didn’t kill him, yet truth be damned, it’s about social justice!

‘Thou shalt not bear false witness’ is one of the Big Ten for a good reason. Bearing false witness can cost the victim everything, including his life.
