CJ Grisham schools the San Antonio police on what is a public sidewalk. The transcript is about twice as long as shown in this excerpt.

Alamodome folks were the culprits, I believe.
Brandon Herrera was trespassed from the parking lot for conducting private purchases.

A language warning may be in order for Brandon. At any rate, I’d like to see him win his Congressional race.

Be well researched and prepared if you want to oppose the state authorities and narrative.

Besides Captain Earwood being polite, well-spoken, and smart enough to know when to retreat in good order, he is also a liar when it comes to talking to the public.

Also there were guntubers “Donut Operator” and Brandon Herrera trying to buy guns. Brandon is running for congress for that district.

The Alamodome is owned and operated by the city of San Antonio. Does that mean it operates like private property as far as the parking lot? Do they need a fence and no trespassing signs?

Why do police feel they can lie to the public. Nothing says Im an Orwellian Jack boot more than lying to the public.Captain Earwood: So, We have confirmed that the sidewalk is part of the Alamodome property.
CJ: Nope. You haven’t confirmed that. ‘Cause I already looked at the GIS survey. This is a public sidewalk.
Captain Earwood: Ok.

Question, since Cities around the nation are having these buy back events and others are offer more money to privately purchase the guns, aren’t Cities trafficking in guns?

”So, We have confirmed that the sidewalk is part of the Alamodome property.” But…but…but that would mean police lie and will knowingly step on your rights.

The question remains… How can one “buy back” something that one never owned in the first place? “Orwellian” is an apropos word.

That almost seems like they’d be considered public property.

Oh, wait. Looks like Earwood isn’t wearing one...?
Well, if you’re going to violate someone’s First Amendment rights, probably a good idea, eh...

There were no private buyers at the last one of these I attended in Baltimore. They were paying well above market value for the broken, rusty crap most people, including me were selling.
