Gaza’s genocidal war against Israel has torn the Democratic Party apart by revealing the anti-Semitic core of its dominant left wing. Axios headlines: “Biden’s 2024 team roiled by Israel-Hamas war.”
Part of President Biden’s political team is in turmoil over the Israel-Hamas war, as some aides see the White House as abetting an immoral attack on Palestinians — while others believe Biden is showing “moral clarity” in protecting Israel from terrorists.
… The strife within the Democratic National Committee (DNC) — which Biden is leaning on for his re-election campaign — reflects larger generational and political divisions among Democrats.
Those divisions are chiefly between older pro-Israel Democrats and younger progressives who are more sympathetic to the plight of Palestinians.
And are entirely indifferent to mass murder, gang rape and the beheading of infants, where the victims are Jews.
At the Daily Mail, Alan Dershowitz writes that the relationship between Jews and the Democratic Party has been profoundly altered:

The Democrat Party doesn’t want them dead. They just are faced with a choice, the faithful, water-carrying Jews with their many talents, dedication, and check books, or the woke leftards who want them dead, and have more votes. So, they choose the leftards who want them dead, and won’t say anything decisive against anti-Semitism, for fear of turning off the leftard firebrands, who like anti-Semitism just fine.
But half a dozen of one, six of the other. Being in bed with wokesters who want them dead is maybe worse than literally wanting them dead. It’s a sign that the old “centrist” DNC takes Jews for chumps, and if they stick with the Dems despite all this, they are.
Same dilemma after Crown Heights, but much more blatant.

I worked for a company where most of the big buck employees were American/Israelis. They were the very definition of cognitive dissonance. In one breath they’d say how wonderful George W. Bush had been to Israel and in the next what an idiot he was for being a Republican. Any Republican could tear his heart out and give it to them and they’d despise him for being a conservative. They will vote Democrat even if the Democrats enact policies to kill all the Jews.

There are conservative Jews and leftist Marxist Jews but there is a large group in the middle that never pays attention and votes democrat because…..well….they and their family alway have. I’ve been watching Dershowitz this last couple of weeks and the very real pain on his face is heartbreaking. He honestly never saw how far his democrat party has moved away from him. Dershowitz is an honest liberal and they no longer have a political home.
I don’t know how all this is going to turn out, but eyes have been opened that can’t be closed again.

Regardless of how American Jews feel about Hamas and Israel, I’m against Hamas and will support Israel.
I’m afraid that many American Jews will make the mistake Jews have made in the past, believing that they can live with people who hate them and want them dead.
I never said “Jew Rat”. I said the American Jew will return to the Rat Party. Those not previously within the Rat Party will obviously not be returning since they weren’t there to begin with.
So to my point about “returning”, do you believe I’m mistaken?
