UC Berkeley Law School Dean Erwin Chemerinsky is shocked, shocked at the amount of antisemitism present throughout elite academia.

Obviously, he hasn’t been reading my blog. Over 20 years ago I was running a series of posts tagged “Berkeley Hatewatch Update,” tracking hateful and antisemitic behavior at UC Berkeley.

I remember Chemerinsky as a regular guest on the Hugh Hewitt radio show. He was the leftist who pounded the square Constitution into whatever circle leftist cause he was supporting. He has been in academia for decades and somehow he is now "shocked" how pervasive anti-semitism is in academia. Has he had his head in the sand all those years. I find anti-semitic incidents at my alma mater, a school with a large Jewish enrollment, all the time. The Instapundit really lays into Chemerinsky.

Read a true translation and you will see this has little to do with politics.

I’m shocked by how many Muslim students there are. I bet pretending to be a Muslim refugee is better than native American when applying to elite universities. The higher up the intersectional totem pole of victims, the better the odds of getting accepted.

I was lucky to read a true translation of the Holy Quran in the 1960s when I was 12 or so.

It was translated in the late 1800s before the changes of the translations in recent decades.

When I looked in book stores for a copy to re-read about 20 - 30 years ago, I was shocked at the changes, basically outright lies in the newer English versions.

Luckily, I found Gutenberg.

Everybody should download and save every version of the 3 translations side by side in case they are removed so we can spread them around.
