The powerful man in FC Ashdod wrote on the networks about the situation: "Without money there is no terrorism"
Will France force the Qatari sheikh who owns the Paris St. Germain football club to sell it, like the Brits did with Russian (Chelsea owner) Roman Abramovich?
The Foundation for the Defense of Democracies (FDD) has written extensively on Qatar’s terror financing. They were doing some as far back as 2014.
They have a three-part extensive report on Qatar. it can be found here:

No, that’s not the true source of the problem.
Qatar has the #3 largest natural gas reserves in the world.
There is an enormous gas field under the Persian Gulf and they share it with Iran (which is the #2 largest natgas reserves in the world).
No one had even heard of Qatar 30 or so years ago, but natgas, like oil, is the definition of wealth.
They are an odd mixture of Shiite royal family and Sunni populace. So unlike Iran (Shiite), it is credible they fund Hamas (Sunni).
Qatar.
That is so strange. What happened to those folks?
Both USA invasions into Iraq were headquartered in Qatar.
Iraq actually fired two missiles - with one thousand pound warheads - at USA HQ in Qatar.
They missed by less than a mile both times.
That would have completely rattled the USA public if Iraq had killed twenty of our top war generals and colonels and blown up our central command war room.
So... the US should stop funding any one?
I agree. Seems like every time we try to back a horse in a particular fight, it comes back to bite us in the rump.
Plus, it’d be Constitutional and end all this “entangling alliances” crap.
Qatar is amazing, look at some of the pictures.
And if you go to Doha, they’re doing their best to make it like Dubai or some other western city.
And FIFA just couldn’t wait to have their soccer tournament there. Can’t imagine how much those palms got greased for that.
Everyone is just so effin’ corrupt.
None of these countries is trustworthy.
Not a one.
Muzzoids can’t be trusted, period.
