Politico's Kyle Cheney Can NOT Wait for Trump's January 6 Trial, Puffs the Obama-Picked Judge

Politico reporter Kyle Cheney is clearly on pins and needles waiting for the January 6 trial of Donald Trump, which isn't until next March. But on Monday, he offered "pregame" excitement in a story titled Inside the courtroom of Trump’s D.C. judge."

Cheney began: "U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan is poised to preside over a historic trial that will feature a defendant unlike any who has set foot in her court or any other: former President Donald Trump."

Although Cheney noted she was an Obama appointee, the judge was presented as an impartial hero against Trump: "Chutkan probed potential jurors’ strong feelings about Trump and his lies about the 2020 election. She grappled with disputes over evidence-sharing. And she laid down the law, quite literally, with a recalcitrant defendant who violated the terms of his pretrial release — just as Trump has been accused of by prosecutors."

It's ABSURD to schedule that trial for next March. This should be evidence that this judge is DISQUALIFIED due to over the top TDS to schedule a trial so early with OVER 12 million documents to review. At the very least this trial should be RESCHEDULED until much later.

Judges as political activists.

What could possibly go wrong?

Former US AG Ed Meese files brief in district court claiming Fani Willis’ prosecution of Trump violates Supremacy Clause of Constitution. He states the obvious...

“If the premise of this prosecution were to be accepted, then state law enforcement officials could arrest local U.S. Attorneys and their Assistants while they were deliberating over whether and/or how to approach a possible prosecution of state or local officials.”

“Similarly, under Fulton County’s Willis’ interpretations of federal supremacy, state or local officials could enter the Oval Office and arrest the President and his Attorney General during their deliberations over whether and to what extent to assert federal law enforcement powers against state or local officials.

<><>So how about referring Jack Smith, David Weiss and Judge
Chutkan for prosecution out of the House Judiciary?

<><>Or indict them by a county prosecutor in say, Florida,
if we harken to “the amazing legal mind” of Fani Willis,
and her (cough) theory that anyone with a compliant Grand Jury can indict federal officers.

Judge Tanya Chutkan - America’s Roland Freisler. She deserves the same fate.

I personally would not bet $1.00 these cases against Trump make it to trial. I think other events are going to eclipse it.

If this judge has ANY brains she will immediately toss this case out (use “lack of standing” - that would be funny)

She would go down in history as a hero.

If she lets it go forward and convicts him she will also go down in history... but In a really bad way.

Would you consider sharing your speculation on what other events may occur to eclipse these charges? I haven’t tumbled to this yet but am deeply troubled by the direction our country is lurching in.

I’ve pretty much shared it ad nauseum but at this point I’m trying to get people to become curious and start doing some of their own research.

Bottom line if you just listen to President Trump carefully he tells you what’s going on. Sometimes he throws out a truth bomb and then immediately changes to something else so if you’re not paying attention you’ll miss it. He did it several times in his SC speech the other day. Other times you just have to take what he says literally.

When asked about the indictments he always says “they’re fake” He doesn’t say they’re unconstitutional or illegal or unjustified. He says “they’re fake”.

Recently Trump said “ We’ve decided on a full four year pause so people will see how bad things can be and so they will be agreeable to the things we’re going to do”. Who do you think we is?

Trump was asked by the press if he knew what Qanon was he said “I don’t want to talk about it. “. When pressed further he hesitated then said “ yes, but I don’t want to talk about it and you don’t want to know”

In some of his remarks in SC the other day and I don’t have the exact quote but Trump basically alluded to 5 more months. He also said a few other things about whose really being investigated but if you weren’t really paying attention you missed it because he immediately pivoted to something else. He’s a master at doing it.

I don’t think we’re looking at an election in 2024. I think we are looking at another form of temporary governance. Otherwise how would Trump be able to use the military to snatch up millions of illegals and kick them out without a bunch of judges issuing injunctions? Like they did last time he tried. See where I’m going?
